The Captain
Captain Frank Cullati has been fishing New England waters for over 30 years. He holds a US Coast Guard captain's license and is a certified diver . The years spent on the water combined with a state of the art vessel and his passion for fishing, Captain Frank is dedicated to giving every charter a great day. Frank's playground stretches from northern Gulf of Maine to Georges Bank. His extensive experience of these waters has helped him become a successful skipper in New England.
The Boat
The Endurance is a downeast 36' Northern Bay hull custom built in 2003 by Captain Frank Cullati. She is powered by a 650hp Volvo Diesel engine and equipped with state of the art electronics, and capable of doing 30kts. A solid platform with an extremely comfortable ride she has a huge cockpit with a 50 gallon live well and plenty of rod storage make her a dream to fish. The quiet 3.5 Kw Phasor generator, heated wheel house, and full galley, bunks and a head and shower below make for a comfortable day on the water.
Fish the Stick!
Endurance is well equipped with professionally maintained CMS custom rods and Shimano reels. Trolling or anchored she has everything onboard to make your day a successful one. More than a dozen swivel rod holders, 22ft outriggers and for those who want a different kind of fishing the boat is equipped with a 40ft green stick and a hydraulic banjo reel. The Green Stick is one of the hottest methods for trolling tuna on the northeast today!

Capt Frank is a US Coast Guard licensed captain providing Gloucester fishing charters on his 36' Custom built Northern Bay "Endurance". He has outfitted Endurance with the finest in marine electronics, fishing gear and all the necessary safety gear including a 6 man life raft. Endurance is annually inspected by The Coast Guard for your safety.
Departing from Rocky Neck Gloucester Harbor, Endurance is centrally located to Jefferies Ledge, Tillie's or Stellwagen Bank. Folks who love to go deep sea fishing will enjoy fishing from Endurance and her crew off the New England coast for cod, haddock, cusk, mackerel and halibut.
For the serious anglers who would like to try their hand at giant bluefin tuna, Endurance is one of the top tuna boats on the east coast.
