In the event we would like to use personal information to advertise or promote Endurance Charters of Gloucester Ma, we will notify you in person, and only use this information after confirmation from that party in writing. Photographs and video taken by Endurance Charters personnal while onboard, are used to properly illustrate experiences on the water. These photos and videos are the property of Endurance Charters. These photos may be used to show potential clients our services, experience and expertise on the water. If a client is shown in the media we will not use it without their permission. Testimonials which are reproduced on any advertising are written by the client. No email address or email lists will be shared with any outside party
